Fresh sausage will be made on premises with
breakfast and Italian sausages available every day. One additional
sausage will be featured each week and will include: bratwurst, andouille
and chorizo. Additional types of sausages will be special order.
Seasonally or occasionally available will
be geese, emu, venison, and buffalo. Please inquire with the butcher as
how to obtain these meats. |
